Located in Summerland, this project supported homeowners who relocated after the Palisades Fire, creating a calm, modern reset through a primarily interior remodel. Exterior upgrades include a contemporary metal trellis entry, a glass-to-steel cable railing refresh, and a new finished rooftop deck, paired with an outdoor kitchenette to fully capture the coastline views. Inside, the home is re-centered around a stunning kitchen, with a dedicated theatre/music room and gym that elevate everyday living and entertaining.
