4) CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS (CD)

Permit Set + Plan Check Support
We produce a coordinated drawing set for pricing and permitting. We submit for plan check (or support your team’s submittal) and respond efficiently to comments to keep approvals moving.

5) BIDDING / NEGOTIATION (PROCUREMENT)

Pricing + Contractor Selection
We support contractor pricing, bid comparisons, and scope clarification—so you can choose the right builder and lock in a clear understanding of cost, schedule, and responsibilities.

6) CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION (CA)

Construction Support
We stay engaged during construction to answer questions, review submittals, coordinate changes, and help protect the design intent—reducing delays and keeping the build on track.
